Susanna is an actor clown based in Manchester, UK.
Trained at École Philippe Gaulier, Susanna carries the spirit of the clown into everything she does. She balances the playfulness and humanity of the clown with the structure and craft of professional actor training. The principles of clown and European theatre remain central to how she creates, devises and connects with audiences, and is known for her energetic performances.
Susanna enjoys making work that explores the intersection of live performance, digital media, community-led storytelling and human messiness. At the core of her practice is a desire to create space for shared catharsis, brave conversation and meaningful change.
She performs across live and recorded media in the UK and Europe.
